Leen Design Studios offers website design & development, mobile app development, branding, and digital marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project will be outlined in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement provided to the client before work begins.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables (excluding any third-party assets, stock media, or licensed tools) transfers to the client. Leen Design Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate project requirements, content, and brand assets in a timely manner.
• Respond to review requests and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure they have the rights to any content, images, or materials shared with us for use in the project.

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due as per the agreed milestones or upon project completion. Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable. Any custom refund arrangements must be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.

Estimated timelines will be communicated at the start of each project and depend on the timely receipt of client feedback and materials. Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as specified in the proposal; additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

We treat all client information, business data, and project materials as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Leen Design Studios strives to deliver high-quality work but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Leen Design Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
